This template is a simple, lightweight dashboard to help you plan and manage your creative projects, especially ones where you need to commission multiple assets to be completed by a certain time. Debuts, song covers, and subathons, often need art, graphics, music, etc. to be commissioned in parallel and completed by a certain date. The Quick To Do List is a simple kanban for tasks that have no specific deadline. Think of it as a place for sticky notes. If a task is to commission some kind of asset then it should go into the Asset Planner instead. The Asset Planner is the main tool of this template. Anything you plan to spend money on (commissioned work) should go here. I strongly recommend filling out ALL the fields for each entry, especially Priority, Start Work Date and Due Date, as this will make the Timeline view useful. Lastly, Notebook is a place to store all your notes. Use it for ideation / brainstorming, notes on your work processes, mood boards for art / character design, etc.
