This template is divided into several sections, each prompting the user to provide information on different aspects of their work life and preferences. Here's what each section covers: 👋 About me: This section is for personal background information, including where the team member is from, their work background, and some fun facts about them. 📆 Where and when to find me: This section covers the team member's typical work location and hours, and their preferences for meeting times and after-hours communication. 💬 Communication preferences: In this section, the team member can specify their preferred mediums and styles of communication, and how they like to conduct meetings and 1:1s. 🗣️ Working style and feedback: This section is for the team member to describe their working style, how they like to give and receive feedback, and their "superpowers" at work. 😩 What I dislike at work: Here, the team member can list their pet peeves at work, and the types of work that they struggle with or find energy-draining. 😀 What makes me happy at work: In the final section, the team member can share what they appreciate in their colleagues, and what motivates them or gives them energy at work.
