How to Use: Our Notion dashboard helps you organize your life into four parts: Tasks, Projects, Areas, and Resources. You can move things you don't need anymore to a special Archive. Plan Projects: Make plans for each of your life areas in the Projects section. This helps you do better at things you care about. Areas: Write down all the important things you do in your life, like school, sports, or chores, in the Areas part. Save Useful Stuff: Keep track of helpful things like articles or videos in the Resources part. You can link them to your projects to find them easily. Put Stuff Away: If you don't need something anymore, check the box to move it to the Archive. It's like cleaning up! List Your To-Dos: Break your projects into small steps and write them down in the Tasks part. This makes big things easier to do. Ready to get organized? You can add additional instructions for NØtis in the database descriptions. To access the description, right click a database and click "view database"

Add your instructions in the description. E.g. "For each entry, create a post for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, etc."

You can also add instructions in each field descriptions. E.g. "A short description of the expense like 'dinner at Luigi'".

NØtis automatically sync your databases every hour but you cal always ask NØtis to synchronise them right away or ask the link to your user portal.
