Welcome to our Goal and Habit Tracker System Notion Template! This is an all-in-one solution for tracking and creating habits and goals. We wanted to create a seamless system which goes from your broad life areas (relationships, health, career, etc) and take you through goals and ultimately habit planning and tracking! What is Included? Step-by-Step Instructions: Since we wanted to use everything Notion has to offer, this template can be more complex than others. We added a step-by-step video instruction guide. Life Areas: Looking broadly at your entire life can be an important part of figuring out which areas need work. We included a section for life areas to analyze and reflect on your situation. Life Area Reflections: Inside each life area, you'll find a section with dedicated sub-templates for reflection. Come here periodically to reflect on your life area and check in with yourself! Goal Planner: Inside each Life area also includes goal planning. This is where you can plan your goals and create them based on your life areas. For example, "Health" life area can have a goal to "Increase daily physical activity". You can set your start and end date for this goal here. Habit Planner: Habit planning is inside the goals! This is where you can plan which habits you want to start inside each goal. The goal, "Increase daily physical activity", can be connected to a new habit called "Walk 10,000 steps a day", and here you can set your target number of times and see a progress bar. Habit Tracker: We wanted to use Notion's recurring template function for the habit tracker. When you set this part up, your habits appear automatically each day depending on your set up! All you need to do is check them off. Rewards: Rewards are located inside the Habit Planner, so that you can set rewards for motivation. Resources: This is a database where you can keep all of your resources like books, articles, and more in one place relating to goals and habits! Workbooks: We also included two of our original workbooks "6-steps from goals to systems", and "Resolution & Reflection" to help you on your journey in goal and habit tracking!
