This template is built with 2 column design where all meeting notes are placed on the left and longer-term items like action items and roadmap are placed on the right for easier reference. A simple suggestion on "What and How" about 1:1 is listed on top of the page for newer managers to reference, remember to remove it before putting them in use. An `Add new 1:1` action button is available so you can add a new 1:1 meeting note without any hassle.
