Here's my weekly planning and reflection template to help organize your life and keep you on track. Completely customizable to your own life and goals. This template has three sections. 1. Reflection of Last Week - start with this section to reflect on the week that's ending. What did you do well? What challenged you? What did you accomplish? There's a section for each of those and more. 2. Goals & Habits for This Week - next, use the second section to plan the coming week, from your top three goals to a full to-do list of everything you want to get done. 3. Habit Tracker - finally, use this section to track daily and weekly habits by checking in at the end of every day (or week) and checking off the items you completed.
