Whether you like to keep track of your calls for business purposes or have made a New Year’s resolution to call your friends and family more often, this is the template for you. Click the ‘+’ in the top left hand corner to add a call for that date. Record all the data you might need to refer back to, such as who you spoke to, why, their organisation and job title, any references numbers you were given, etc. To find specific call information for a person or organisation, just type their name into the search bar and then scroll through the calendar to find all calls relating to your search string.
