About this template

An ideal customer profile - or ICP - is a way to zoom in on the organisations/businesses most likely to become your customers or users. It helps the marketing team recognise who it is they need to attract and helps the sales team in their search for the best contact information, outreach method and how to make the most out of initial meetings. Use this template to flesh out the details of what sorts of businesses you want to target. Once you’ve narrowed it down to a list or category of businesses, you can use the persona template to create a detailed picture of the decision makers at those businesses
