Once you add a task, it will be placed in a matrix, and you will see at a glance, what you can do and what you need to delegate or discard. Normally, the matrix offers four action choices: do, decide, delegate, or delete. I think some tasks require us to 'wait and see' or 'ask for help' sometimes, so I added more action options for you.
