Cookie Policy

Effective Date: November 10, 2023

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This cookie policy explains how Notis.ai (operated by Mind The Flo S.à.r.l.) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.notis.ai, our web app at app.notis.ai, and the Sites published with Notis on notis.space and on their owners' own domains. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

It also lists the third-party services that may set their own cookies when you use our sites. Their cookies are governed by their own policies, linked from Appendix E of our Privacy Policy.

The Notis desktop app does not show a cookie banner and loads none of the analytics or marketing tags below; it uses PostHog for product analytics, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our help centre (help.notis.ai) is hosted by Mintlify and loads our Intercom support chat, and our customer stories page (love.notis.ai) is hosted by Senja. They do not show our cookie banner: the cookies they set are covered by Mintlify's, Intercom's and Senja's own policies. We load none of the analytics or marketing tags below on them.

What is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores on your device when you visit. It typically contains information about the website itself, a unique identifier that allows the site to recognise your web browser when you return, additional data that serves the cookie’s purpose, and the lifespan of the cookie itself.

Cookies are used to enable certain features (e.g. logging in), track site usage (e.g. analytics), store your user settings (e.g. time zone, notification preferences), and to personalize your content (e.g. advertising, language).

Cookies set by the website you are visiting are usually referred to as first-party cookies. They typically only track your activity on that particular site.

Cookies set by other sites and companies (i.e. third parties) are called third-party cookies. They can be used to track you on other websites that use the same third-party service.

We also use your browser's local storage, which works like a cookie but stays on your device: the web app keeps your sign-in session there.

No cookies. Ahrefs Web Analytics counts page views without cookies or storage, so it runs for every visitor.

On published Sites, only PostHog and DataFast can run, and only while the Site owner keeps visitor analytics on. Until you accept, PostHog counts visits without cookies and DataFast does not load.

How Can You Control Our Website's Use of Cookies?

If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we ask before any analytics or marketing cookie is set. Elsewhere, they are on by default and you can turn them off at any time. In both cases you can change your choice from "Cookie settings" in the website footer, in the web app under Settings > Account, or from the "..." menu of a published Site. Necessary cookies cannot be turned off because the sites need them to work. When you withdraw a choice, the page reloads so the refused tags stop.

You may also be able to set or amend your cookie preferences by managing your web browser settings. As each web browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your web browser (typically in the "help" section). If you choose to refuse or disable cookies you may still use the Website, though some of the functionality of the Website may not be available to you.

How Often Will We Update This Cookie Policy?

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect any changes to the cookies and related technologies we use, or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Each time you use our Website, the current version of the Cookie Policy will apply. The date at the top shows when it last changed. When we add a new analytics or marketing provider, we update this page and our cookie banner first.
