During the day, you set priorities and your mindset. At night, you relax, reflect on your day and journal about it. Calendar View - A calendar view allows you to easily locate specific day's entries. Brain Dump - A bit different from journaling. Here, you write down whatever comes to mind, whenever it comes to mind. Don’t worry about structure, spelling, grammar, etc. This practice helps clear your mind! Databases - You can view each entry's properties individually, making it easier to track priorities, food intake, gratitude, and more. If you're still unsure how to use these sections, don't fret!
